• Information a care contact provides about the person receiving calls, including preferences, interests, schedules, care goals, concerns, and communication boundaries.
• Call and message information, including recordings or transcripts when enabled, summaries, delivery status, consent records, and communications with our support team.
• Basic technical and usage information, such as browser type, IP address, device information, pages visited, and security or diagnostic logs.
• Billing and subscription information. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us in full.

Please provide information about another person only when you are authorized to do so.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts; personalize, schedule, and complete calls; send requested updates and service messages; provide customer support; process subscriptions; maintain security; troubleshoot and improve reliability; comply with applicable law; and enforce our agreements. We do not use private information for unrelated advertising.

Text messages and mobile information

When you provide a mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use that number to send service-related messages such as verification codes, call updates, scheduling notices, and support communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or contact us at the address below.

Mobile information, text-message originator opt-in data, and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opting out of text messages does not prevent communications that are necessary to respond to a request you initiate.

How we protect your information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information with third parties for their own independent use.
